    Palmer & Co Vintage is a subtle association of the memory of an exceptional year in terms of climate and the inimitable Palmer & Co style.

    Exclusively made up of Premiers and Grands Crus from the Montagne de Reims area, Palmer & Co Vintage is a champagne of rare complexity that is also very seductive in its elegance.

    The aromas are expressed with intensity in a register of crisp fruit, citrus and light notes of toasted brioche and hazelnut.

    Ample and sophisticated on the palate, it strikes a fine and perfect balance between power and freshness. 
     
    Blend:
    50% Chardonnay
    50% Pinot Noir
     
    Reserve wines: 35%
     
    Ageing On Lees: 6 to 8 years (bottle) - 12 years (magnum)
    Dosage: 6g/l
