    Introduction:
    Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé is a fascinating cuvée - subtle and delicate, yet also warm and embracing, as if it were wrapping you in silk.

    The Cocoon:
    Made from paper pulp and vine cuttings*, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Cocoon was designed to enhance the bottle, and offer an organic and naturel feel. Incredibly lightweight and streamlined in style, it was made using as few resources as possible.
    * Approximately 5% of vine cuttings

    Tasting Notes:
    A shimmering, pastel-toned, salmon-pink with luminous orange highlights. Aromas of strawberry and peony with the tartness of kumquat and white currant.

    Notes of pink grapefruit and mandarin combined with the generosity of brioche.

    Serving:
    Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé needs to be enjoyed in a leisurely manner, says Séverine Frerson. "I would savour it with a meal, in a warm, convivial ambiance that reflects its character." Ideal pairings include salmon or tuna cooked on one side only, salmon with cranberry sauce, pigeon or thinly sliced duck breast. 

    Heritage:
    True to the free spirit of Maison Perrier-Jouët, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé is a resolutely original champagne which combines rarity with the ability to surprise. First created in 1978, it is crafted only in exceptional years and produced in extremely limited quantities.
