    2023: CHAMPAGNE AYALA PRESENTS A PREMIUM NEW BOTTLE & BLEND

    The new bottle shape is inspired by the iconic La Perle cuvée, launched in 1995. This transformed bottle provides the ideal shape for the wine to develop in the bottle, given that its wide body allows for more contact with the lees. This elegant transformation can be seen across their Brut Majeur , Rosé Majeur and Brut Nature cuvées.

    To celebrate the Houses' craftsmanship, the front and back labels highlight each cuvée's unique blend, inviting the consumer to learn and discover more about the blending process.

    Champagne AYALA is committed to a responsible and sustainable approach from vine to glass. Both the glass and giftpack are 100% recyclable and originate from France, all within a 350 km radius (excluding corks).

    Introduction:
    Made from a blend of the finest Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, Brut Majeur is the epitome of a non-vintage brut from a great, historic House.
     
    Extended ageing in cellars and a low dosage make this wine suitable for any occasion; it is the finest ambassador for the House's freshness and elegance.
     
    Tasting Notes:
    Light gold in colour with abundant and fine bubbles.
     
    On the nose, open and expressive. Delicate, unveiling notes of citrus, flowers and white fruits.
    Upon tasting, the wine is balanced, combining freshness and vinosity. Precise, fruity and characterised by a long finish.

    Perfect for an apéritif, Brut Majeur can also pair harmoniously with every course of a meal: white fish, shellfish, poultry or a cheese platter. 

    History:
    One of the original 26 Grand Marque Champagne Houses, Ayala has had a noble history since its inception in 1860 when Edmond de Ayala received the magnificent Chateau as the dowry for his wedding. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims vineyards, Ayala naturally focuses on Grand Cru Pinot Noir for its Brut Majeur and its Vintage Brut. Ayala is a "small" house, the artisan of champagne-making.
