    Introduction:
    Created as a tribute to Louise Pommery, Cuvée Louise is an absolutely pure wine which quintessentially conveys the wine-making expertise of the Pommery champagne house. Avize, Cramant et Aÿ. Cuvée Louise originates in the vineyards of Avize, Cramant and Ay, three "Grands Crus" areas that are jewels in the crown of the Champagne region.

    Tasting Notes:
    Louise 2006 Brut has a delicately luminous pale gold color. Through this elegant shade and its fine effervescence, green reflections can be discerned which dance with natural grace, bringing a touch of liveliness to the visual palette. This champagne is a true revelation for our senses.

    From the first contact, the nose, at first mysteriously discreet, opens gradually to reveal a complex and captivating bouquet. The first notes evoke a floral garden bathed in freshness, where aromas of dried plants and chamomile blend harmoniously. A subtle buttery touch, slightly smoky and spicy dances in the background, adding an intriguing depth to the whole thing.

    The experience continues with an attack of incredible smoothness which touches the taste buds with rare delicacy. The minerality of the terroir is revealed with radiance, evoking freshly zested orange peel, bringing exquisite liveliness in mouth. The notes of mango and mirabelle plum bring an exotic fruity touch to all. The finish is creamy, enhanced by the sweetness of bergamot. She is the point organ of this unique sensory experience.

    65% Chardonnay 
    35% Pinot Noir

    Winemaking:
    The Cuvée Louise originates from the three Grands Crus vineyards : Ay, Avize and Cramant, jewels of the entire Champagne region.
